This quote is about the process of enlightenment. People will often begin with the idea of peace, but it won't be actual peace. People will go to every extreme to achieve peace only to find that peace is still missing. People will be after peace looking for it in all the wrong places. If they are looking for peace in money, they will find no peace there.

If they are looking for peace in fame, they might find what they are looking for there. But, if they are looking for peace in love, then that won't do them any good either. Peace needs to come from within and that comes from Truth.
